If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) to us within 30 days of the shipping date.
All returned items must be in their original condition - unworn and unwashed, with all hang-tags and labels attached.
To avoid the risk of refusal, we ask that you please inspect your item for any pet hairs or lint and be sure to remove inside + out before sending back.
To return merchandise by mail, please contact us to receive a prepaid return label. Carefully pack the items you wish to return along with the packing slip into the original packaging Affix the pre-paid shipping label to the package and drop it off at any Canada Post location.
Although we are happy to provide returns, * the Return cost is 10$ per order. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable unless an item was shipped in error or was damaged in transit. In addition, please note that we will only cover the cost of 1 return label per order number, so ensure that if you have multiple items to return within the same order, you must send them back all together.
