TRIBAL FASHION offers two shipping options – standard & express. Depending on the item(s) you purchase and the shipping location, different methods may be available. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose how you would like your item(s) shipped. Shipping costs are based on the method you choose, the order value and your location. Your total shipping charges will automatically calculate during the checkout process, prior to completing your order.

STANDARD SHIPPING
Orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Standard shipped items typically arrive in 3-8 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). Please allow up to 14 business days for shipments to remote locations.
EXPRESS SHIPPING
Orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Express shipped orders successfully authorized before 11 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST) Monday through Friday (excluding national holidays), will arrive in 2-5 business days. Please allow up to 7 business days for shipments to certain remote locations. Express shipping may not be available in certain locations.
Shipments are made using our preferred carriers such as Canada Post or USPS.
We regret that we are unable to accept or ship international orders at this time.
SHIPPING POLICY
Tribal depends on its’ delivery partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your merchandise. However, this may be compromised by unforeseen delays such as inclement weather. Tribal is not responsible for delivery delays that may occur as a result of poor weather conditions, parcel volume and labour disputes. Our selected carriers within Canada and the USA deliver on business days only, excluding holidays.
Please note we may ship your order in several packages so you can get your items more quickly. Your items will be shipped from our Canadian warehouse located in Vaughan, Ontario. All orders will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving your order. You will receive an email with tracking information for each item that will ship separately.
PO BOXES & APO/FPO ADDRESSES
We do not offer shipping to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
ORDER TRACKING
Once an order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number. Just click on the link to the carrier's website to track the progress of your shipment. It may take 24 hours for your tracking number to be available on our carrier's site. You can also track your order in your order history. Just log into your account using your e-mail address and password, then click on your order number in your order history. The tracking number will appear under the 'Status & Tracking' column. Click on the link to get the tracking information for your order.
Please note that we may ship your order in multiple packages so that you receive your items quickly. You may be given more than one tracking number; depending on when each shipment leaves our distribution center, these tracking numbers may arrive in separate shipment confirmation emails.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
We want you to love your looks as much as we enjoyed creating them! However, if something is just not right, we can process a return, according to the following guidelines:
WITHIN 30 DAYS. Any item(s) purchased online may be returned within 30 days with a proof of purchase. The item must be returned in its original condition, with all tags and labels intact.
BEYOND 30 DAYS. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange if it is beyond 30 days since your purchase.
*PLEASE NOTE* Purchases made online must be returned to a Tribal distribution center and cannot be returned to a retailer. Our retail partners are independent stores and cannot accept merchandise purchased online.
Tribal Fashion does not accept returns for the following merchandise:
All altered, washed or worn merchandise
Returned merchandise without tags intact, or received 30+ days after the original delivery date will not be accepted.

Place the shipping label on the outside of the package and drop off at the carrier that is on the return label. Please note that $10 return shipping freight is a flat fee and will be deducted from the refund credit.
Tribal is not responsible for lost packages.
Holiday orders placed from December 1st to December 31st are eligible for return up to January 15th of the following year. Please note items reduced 50% or more are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.

Refunds
Within 3-5 days of receiving your return merchandise, we will issue a refund (excluding shipping costs) to the original method of payment. A confirmation email will also be sent once the return has been completed.
