Easy Shipping, Easy Returns. All orders shipped from U.S. $10 flat fee for standard shipping. All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed on holidays; please allow additional days in transit for delivery. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the tracking number once your order has shipped (within 1-2 business days). Please allow up to 24 hours for this tracking number to become active. Most orders will be delivered in 5-7 business days.
We want you to be thrilled with your new purchase. However, if for any reason you are not happy with your order, we're here to help. There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product: A $6 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. No exchanges. Only refunds are offered at this time. To initiate a return, please reach out to us via the Order Status page or the My Account page on the site. You will receive a pre-paid shipping label to print and your refund will be processed upon receipt of the item. We accept returns of any pieces in new and sellable condition within 30 days of arrival date in form of original payment paid. It is up to the discretion of our team to determine if an item in “sellable” condition for return. Items must be unworn, undamaged, with original gift box within 30 days of your arrival date. Please ensure that the item(s) arrives safely and undamaged. Please make sure the returned item is packaged with care and hold on to drop-off/acceptance receipt in case it is requested. Returns are processed within 5 days of package arrival to our facility. Please note, sometimes refunds may take an additional 7 business days after the refund is issued, depending on your payment provider. Items cannot be returned to any of Reitman’s physical location and/or Distribution Center.
