In order to initiate a return, please follow the steps below: Please reach out to RCL to obtain a prepaid return label and include the following information: Your full name and order number The reason for the return We will review your request and provide you with a Free return label and further instructions on how to proceed with the return. The item must be in new unworn condition in order to be returned. New unworn items can only be returned within 30 days of purchase. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Send the item(s) back to the address provided in the return instructions. We will process your return as soon as we receive it and will keep you informed of the status. Please note that it may take up to 14 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
